Our company has proudly served the Wichita area since 1962 when John Evans, Harold Heinrichs and Archie Lynch teamed up to launch Evans Steel Building Company on North West Street in Wichita. The business was later renamed Evans Building Company Inc.

More than 60 years later, the Evans team continues to bring integrity, performance and experience to every project. Evans Building Company, Inc., is a licensed and bonded general contracting firm specializing in the design-build construction of pre-engineered metal building systems.

As an authorized Varco Pruden builder, we use high-quality steel structural materials – with virtually any finish – to create metal buildings that are energy-efficient and provide years of trouble-free performance. Our designs are attractive with optimum functionality, considerably more than the basic metal boxes most imagine when they hear the term “metal building”.
