Cancellation Policy – Zayasu Rentals

This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made on Zayasu Rentals.

  1. Guest Cancellation

Guests may cancel their booking under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: Guests will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
  • Partial Refund: If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before check-in, the Guest will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  1. No-Show

If a Guest does not arrive at the property on the scheduled check-in date and does not cancel in advance, no refund will be issued.

  1. Host Cancellation

If a Host cancels a confirmed booking:

  • The Guest will receive a full refund
  • Zayasu Rentals may assist the Guest in finding alternative accommodation
  1. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the payment method used.

  1. Service Fees

Service fees charged by Zayasu Rentals may be non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances

Zayasu Rentals reserves the right to issue full or partial refunds outside of this policy in exceptional situations, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Serious emergencies
  1. Policy Acceptance

By making a booking on Zayasu Rentals, Users agree to this Cancellation Policy.
