Host & Guest Agreement – Zayasu Rentals
This agreement defines the responsibilities of Hosts and Guests using Zayasu Rentals.
1. Host Responsibilities
Hosts agree to:
- Provide accurate property information
- Maintain clean and safe accommodations
- Honor confirmed bookings
- Clearly state house rules
- Comply with local laws and regulations
Hosts are responsible for:
- Property maintenance
- Guest safety within the property
2. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information
- Respect the property and house rules
- Pay all booking fees on time
- Avoid illegal or disruptive behavior
Guests are responsible for:
- Any damage caused during their stay
- Leaving the property in reasonable condition
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in and check-out times are set by the Host
- Early check-in or late check-out requires Host approval
4. Property Damage
- Guests must report damages immediately
- Hosts may request compensation for damages
5. Disputes
Zayasu Rentals may assist in resolving disputes but does not guarantee outcomes. Final responsibility lies with Hosts and Guests.
6. Termination
Zayasu Rentals reserves the right to:
- Suspend accounts
- Remove listings
- Cancel bookings in case of violations
7. Acceptance
By using Zayasu Rentals, both Hosts and Guests agree to this agreement.
